Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges are based on the overall weight of your order. Our freight partners are Mainfreight and Post Haste Couriers.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 20 Hinau Street, Castlecliff, Whanganui. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am-4:30pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Shipping to P.O. boxes
